Thomas Sailing Success at UK Championships

A huge congratulations to Thomas, who enjoyed a successful weekend at the UK Optimist Team Racing Championships.

Competing alongside three friends, Year 8 pupil Thomas took part in 25 races over two days of intense sailing. The team showed strong determination, resilience, and excellent teamwork throughout a series of closely contested races.

Their efforts were rewarded with a 2nd place overall finish, securing qualification for the Monaco Optimist Team Racing Championships in January 2027. Well done Thomas and team!
