Sailing Success for Year 5 pupil, Sebastian

What a win for our sailing star, Sebastian! ⛵️

Over the Bank Holiday, Sebastian (Year 5) headed to Rutland Sailing Club, competing in the prestigious RYA Eric Twiname Junior Championships – a 3-day @britishsailing national event bringing together the UK’s top young sailors.

Sebastian delivered an outstanding performance, wearing the yellow bib from start to finish as the overall leader of the Optimist fleet, and securing 1st place in his class. He also played a key role in Team East’s victory in the overall team competition.

A fantastic achievement – congratulations, Sebastian! Everyone at Ipswich High School is very proud of you!
