IHS Prep Tennis Talent

An update on the talent that is coming through the Prep School with our tennis players.

Harry B in reception started individual tennis lessons and was able to do the forehand and backhand straight away. He also managed to keep a 20-shot rally going in his first lesson! It is exciting to be part of his tennis journey. He has a lot of power for a reception pupil.
Olivia B is one of our Year 6 pupils and is an extremely talented tennis player. She plays at least 4 times a week outside of school doing a mixture of academy sessions and individual lessons. Olivia also does individual lessons and team squad sessions every week at school. Olivia is a fantastic addition to our tennis team.
Mini Orange County Tennis Tournament Success
Boys – County Runners-Up
Girls – County Bronze Medalists
Mixed – County champions and Bronze medalists.
This is a very talented group of tennis players in our current Year 5, and I am very proud of both their achievements and also those from all players at IHS Prep.
