Home Nations Success for IHS Head of PE, Lizzy Wheelhouse

Congratulations to Lizzy Wheelhouse, who recently represented England at the Home Nations Masters Hockey tournament.

England were crowned overall champions following an impressive series of victories:

* England 4–0 Scotland
* England 4–1 Wales
* England 4–1 Ireland

Adding a special Woolverstone connection to the event was umpire Georgia Reed, an Ipswich High School alumna. Georgia was first encouraged to take up hockey while at school by Lizzy, who helped inspire her passion for the sport. Today, Georgia officiates at international level, making this a wonderful example of the lasting impact of sport and mentorship within our school community.
