Following the latest Government announcements, the school is following the official guidelines on the phased return of pupils and confirming details directly with parents, pupils and staff. The safety of our whole school community remains our priority at this time and we will advise of any changes to these details as soon as the school has established the safest protocols possible, in line with recommendations.
Our learning currently continues in our dedicated virtual educational environment for pupils, with a full timetable during school hours, while Woolverstone Hall continues to support children of key workers.
Some selected Year groups have returned to school in smaller class bubbles and and activity days are running for individual classes, with parents and pupils notified directly of the timings and formation information for these activities.
Pupils and parents can find full information on timetables, lessons and copies of communications on the school’s Firefly platform.
We remain fully committed to the education and well being of our pupils and staff and will do all we can to support them at this time.
Socially distanced tours and viewings of the school are available by arrangement with our Admissions team. Please contact them directly here.
We continue to follow the advice provided by the Government and Public Health England, which is available here.
This advice is being reviewed frequently and we, of course, will apprise our school community as we have further updates.
The Department for Education has set up a helpline to answer questions about COVID-19 related to education. Staff, parents/carers and young people can contact the helpline (Monday to Friday, 8am – 6pm) as follows: Telephone 0800 046 8687 or email DfE.email@example.com
